Yes, all our technicians are back ground checked and drug tested on the first of each year, a drug test is given after any accident and at random times while they are not expecting it. We expect you to feel safe and comfortable in your home.



After setting an online appointment and payment is made, how long before a tech will make contact with me?

With in 24 hours your assigned technician will call you and go over your project, one hour before heading to your home, he or she will contact you via text with an ETA.

 

How long does it take for most installs?
It varies depending on the size of the project, a regular tv installation will usually take about one to three
hours, especially if you will be hiding cables in the wall, however we will give you a better idea when you are scheduled.

Yes, in fact we recommend that you purchase your service online, you will choose the service that looks close to what you will like your installation to be like, and we will go over it and follow up with a call to confirm.

Do I pay any additional funds for materials for any of your services?

Yes & No, we purchase all materials at a wholesale price for you, then package it into a service form, then sell you that service with the wholesale materials cost included. So when you see our cost, it include all labor and materials for install base only on the information you give us. It however does not include electronics, you are welcome to purchase materials as you like it.
